1. משלוחים
משלוח עד הבית – חינם!
זמן אספקה משוער: 2–5 ימי עסקים - לא כולל יום ההזמנה*
*הזמנות המתקבלות עד השעה 15:00 נארזות באותו יום עסקים. הזמנות לאחר השעה 15:00 נארזות ביום העסקים הבא.
ניתן לבקש מהשליח להשאיר את המוצר ליד הדלת או בארון החשמל, אך במקרה כזה – לא לנו ולא לחברת המשלוחים תהיה אחריות כלשהי לנזק או לאובדן המוצר.
2. החלפות
אם תרצי להחליף מוצר שרכשת אנא צרי איתנו קשר בוואטסאפ: 050-8489477 או במייל: info@almareofficial.com תוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת החבילה עם פרטי הבקשה ואנו נדאג להחלפה.
ההחלפה הראשונה באמצעות שליח – ללא עלות.
כל החלפה נוספת עם שליח – 50 ₪ או בהגעה אלינו למחסן בתיאום מראש - ללא עלות
החלפה תתאפשר רק אם לא נעשה שימוש במוצר, הוא נמצא באריזתו המקורית (שקית בד, קופסא ואריזת הפצפצים), ואינו פגום.
מוצרים בהנחה – ניתן להחליף תוך 7 ימים מקבלת המוצר.
3. החזרות
אם תרצי להחזיר מוצר שרכשת, אנא צרי קשר בוואטסאפ: 050-8489477 או במייל: info@almareofficial.com תוך 14 ימים מקבלת החבילה עם פרטי הבקשה.
*מוצרים בהנחה – ניתן להחזיר או להחליף תוך 7 ימים ממועד האספקה.
החזרה תבוצע באמצעות שתי אפשרויות:
- שליח שיגיע לכתובתך לאסוף את המוצר – בעלות של 30 ₪ שינוכו מסך ההחזר.
- החזרה עצמית ללא עלות למחסן שלנו בתיאום מראש בכתובת: הלח"י 1 בני ברק - חניון מינוס 1.
החזר כספי יתאפשר רק אם לא נעשה שימוש במוצר, הוא נמצא באריזתו המקורית (שקית בד, וקופסא ואריזת הפצפצים), ואינו פגום. לא תתקבל החזרה של פריט ללא הקופסא המקורית.
לאחר קבלת המוצר ובדיקתו לעמידה בתנאי ההחזר, יינתן זיכוי לכרטיס האשראי ממנו בוצעה העסקה – במקרה של החזרה עם שליח יינתן הזיכוי בניכוי דמי המשלוח בסך 30 ₪.
זמן עיבוד ההחזר – עד 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר בחזרה. ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי, בהתאם לתנאי העסקה המקורית (תשלומים יוחזרו בתשלומים, עסקה חד-פעמית תוחזר בתשלום אחד). אין צורך לפנות לחברת האשראי – אנו נדאג להחזר.
4. מידע נוסף
אזורים מרוחקים – ייתכנו עיכובים באספקה ליישובים מרוחקים כגון: אילת, יישובי הערבה, מעבר לקו הירוק ורמת הגולן. אספקה לאזורים אלה תתבצע עד 12 ימי עסקים.
הערה משפטית – "ביטולי עסקה כפופים לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), תש"ע–2010, ולחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א–1981".

הזמנות באתר - שאר העולם
1. משלוחים
משלוח לכל העולם* – אנו מציעים משלוח רגיל ללא עלות.
זמן אספקה משוער: 5–10 ימים (לא כולל יום ההזמנה) בהתאם למדינת היעד.
*משלוח לארה״ב - בעלות 50$. כל ההזמנות הנשלחות לארה״ב מבוצעות במתכונת Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). כלומר, מחיר המשלוח כולל מראש את כל המיסים, המכסים, אגרות הייבוא ועמלות השחרור ממכס.
משלוח אקספרס** – בעלות של 20 דולר.
זמן אספקה משוער: 2–4 ימים, בהתאם למדינת היעד.
**משלוח אקספרס לארה״ב- בעלות 70$. כל ההזמנות הנשלחות לארה״ב מבוצעות במתכונת Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). כלומר, מחיר המשלוח כולל מראש את כל המיסים, המכסים, אגרות הייבוא ועמלות השחרור ממכס.
2. החזרות
כל ההזמנות זכאיות להחזרה תוך 14 יום ממועד קבלת החבילה.
עלות משלוח ההחזרה – 15 דולר, שינוכה מסכום ההחזר.
כדי להיות זכאית להחזר – המוצר חייב להיות חדש, ללא שימוש, באריזתו המקורית (שקית בד וקופסה) וללא פגמים. לא תתקבל החזרה של פריט ללא הקופסה המקורית.
החזרות שיגיעו בקופסה גדולה יותר מהקופסה המקורית עשויות להיות כפופות לניכוי נוסף מההחזר.
לאחר קבלת המוצר ובדיקתו, ההחזר יבוצע אוטומטית לאמצעי התשלום המקורי.
מוצרים בהנחה– ניתנים להחזרה תוך 7 ימים מיום קבלת החבילה.
רכישה באירועי חנות פיזית/פופ-אפ
- רכישות המתבצעות במסגרת אירועי פופ-אפ, ירידים ואירועים פיזיים שך almare נחשבות כרכישה בחנות פיזית.
- ניתן לבטל עסקה ולקבל החזר כספי תוך 48 שעות ממועד הרכישה, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.
- ההחזר הכספי יתאפשר בהצגת קבלה בלבד, עבור מוצר שלא נעשה בו שימוש, באריזתו המקורית ובמצב חדש לחלוטין.
- החברה רשאית לגבות דמי ביטול בהתאם להוראות הדין.
- לאחר 48 שעות ממועד הרכישה ניתן יהיה לבצע החלפה או לקבל זיכוי בלבד, בתוך 14 ימים ממועד הרכישה.
- מוצרים שנרכשו בסייל/סוף עונה/מבצע מיוחד כפופים למדיניות ההחלפות הנהוגה באירוע.
- לא ניתן להחזיר מוצרים שנעשה בהם שימוש או שנפגמו לאחר הרכישה.

1. Shipping
Home delivery – Free of charge!
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (excluding the order date).*
Orders received by 3:00 PM are packed on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be packed on the next business day.
You may request the courier to leave the product at the door or in the electrical cabinet, but in such a case, neither we nor the courier company will bear any responsibility for damage or loss of the product.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package at info@almareofficial.com with your request details, and we will arrange the exchange.
The first exchange via courier – Free of charge.
Each additional exchange – 50 NIS.
Exchanges will only be possible if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging (dust bag and box), and is not defective.
Sale items – can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Returns
If you wish to return a product you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package at info@almareofficial.com with your request details.
Sale items – can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Returns can be made in two ways:

Courier pickup from your address – cost 30 NIS.

Self-return at no cost to our warehouse at: 1 HaLakhish St., Bnei Brak – Parking Level -1.
A refund will only be possible if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging (dust bag and box), and is not defective.
Returns will not be accepted without the original box.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For returns via courier, the refund will be issued minus a 30 NIS shipping fee.
Refund processing time – up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. The refund will be made to the original payment method, in accordance with the terms of the original transaction (installments will be refunded in installments, one-time payments will be refunded in a single payment). There is no need to contact your credit card company – we will handle the refund for you.
4. Additional Information
Remote locations – delivery delays may occur to remote areas such as Eilat, Arava settlements, locations beyond the Green Line, and the Golan Heights. Delivery to these areas will be completed within up to 12 business days.
Legal Notice – “Transaction cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.”

2. Returns
All orders are eligible for return within 14 days from the day of recieving the package.
Return shipping cost – $15 USD, deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging (dust bag and box), and undamaged. Returns will not be accepted without the original box.
Returns sent in a box larger than the original shipping box may be subject to additional deductions from the refund.
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
Sale items – eligible for return within 7 days from the day of recieving the package.
